Welcome to Ignite Sweden's Legal Program for Startups, where we have joined forces with Synch Advokat to provide legal support for startups and scaleups on their collaboration journeys.

Kick off Session

Join us on June 8 for a one-hour kickoff session where Synch's expert, Mathilda Nordmark, will share tips and tricks for startups and scaleups when it comes to collaborating with larger companies.

Get access to a useful legal template agreements for future collaborations and engage in an interactive Q&A session during the second half of the event, where Mathilda will answer your legal queries.

This session is free of charge and open to all startups and scaleups.

1:1 Legal Advice Meetings

The program continues with one-on-one legal advice meetings where 12 startups will have the chance to meet lawyers from Synch for 50 minutes. This is an excellent opportunity to receive guidance on IPR, agreements, collaboration issues, and more.

The meetings will take place digitally on June 12, 14 and 15. Details on how to book these meetings will be provided after the kickoff session to the startups that have registered their interest.

Please note that we cannot offer these meetings to startups currently participating in an incubator program.

Extended Advice

If you have a more complex legal issue, Synch will provide recommendations on the necessary steps to resolve it, along with an estimated cost and timeframe. It will then be up to the startups to decide whether to proceed with Synch's assistance. If they do, the startups will be responsible for paying for the services. Synch will provide more information about this process after the meetings.

About the Speaker

Mathilda Nordmark

Mathilda Nordmark is one of Synch Advokat's senior lawyers. She has been closely collaborating with Ignite Sweden for several years. With vast experience in working with commercial collaborations between startups and larger corporations, Mathilda specializes in intellectual property rights and commercial aspects of such collaborations.

Due to this funding, we cannot accept startups currently participating in an incubator program with any of the incubators that are a part of Vinnova's national incubator program.
